Just logging the food for the day! Swimming was great and I signed up for 8 more weeks of lessons! Woo hoo!

68 calories – 4 egg whites
120 calories – mini whole wheat bagel with a slither of real butter on bagel
422 calories – Potbelly Skinny Mushroom/Cheese sandwich
185 calories – Skinny pair side of spicy black bean veggie soup w/oyster crackers
170 calories – Reeses Cup Heart
150 calories – subway salad w/ croutons and 1/2 ranch packet
240 calories – 2 glasses of red wine
100 calories – 100 cal bag of popcorn

Total caloric intake = 1,455 calories (1,734 allowed)
